The sport of CrossFit may not seem all that common, but it is growing in popularity with gyms in 142 countries across all seven continents. Each year thousands of athletes compete against each other to try to be the fittest on earth. This year, there’s one Rochester-native who has a shot at being part of that elite group and proving he still has something “left in the tank”.
